We have just received the verdict with its justification, in the outrageous case involving Natalia Nitek-P\u0142a\u017cy\u0144ska and we will certainly be submitting a cassation appeal to the Supreme Court. At the same time, we ask you to support Reduta\u2019s activities – without you, we would not be able to continue our legal battles in the defense of the good name of Poles.<\/p>\n

Just to remind you, according to the astonishing verdict of the Court of Appeal in Gda\u0144sk, Natalia Nitek-P\u0142a\u017cy\u0144ska is to apologize to the German Hans G. for recording his statements. The apology is to be a public one, to be placed on two social media accounts and appear there for a whole month. In addition, Natalia Nitek-P\u0142a\u017cy\u0144ska is to pay PLN 10,000 to the charity \u201cWielka Orkiestra \u015awiatecznej Pomocy\u201d and cover the court costs. The German who insulted Natalia Nitek-P\u0142a\u017cy\u0144ska, by saying that he was a Nazi and could shoot all Poles, is to send Natalia Nitek-P\u0142a\u017cy\u0144ska a letter of apology, but does not have to apologize publicly. The court said that recording the German while he was insulting Poles, was unworthy behavior and therefore Natalia Nitek-P\u0142a\u017cy\u0144ska is to apologize to him.<\/p>\n

Hans G. is a German employer at POS System in Pomerania, who, while conducting business in Poland, used words against his Polish employees, that violate their personal and National rights and feelings. As established by the courts (both civil and criminal), the German businessman insulted Natalia Nitek-P\u0142a\u017cy\u0144ska due to her Nationality. He called himself a Nazi, he threatened verbally that he could kill all Poles, and in his statements he used the hate speech used by the Nazis during the German occupation of Poland during WWII. He also threatened his employee with death, citing the superiority of the Germans over the Poles.<\/p>\n

There were also criminal proceedings against Hans G.. In December 2019, Hans G. was found guilty of insulting and threatening Natalia Nitek-P\u0142a\u017cy\u0144ska with death. The accused was sentenced to 8 months imprisonment suspended for 2 years, the court also imposed a fine of PLN 20,000. and a further PLN 10,000 for the benefit of his victims In addition, Hans G. is to reimburse the costs of the trial, an approximate amount of PLN 50,000..<\/p>\n

Both the civil and criminal legal proceedings, were both financially and legally supported by the \u201cReduta Dobrego Imienia\u201d foundation. In the civil trial, Reduta had the status of a trial participant.<\/p>\n
