We will only say this much – we are eagerly awaiting Dr Piotr Gontarczyk’s book on the methodological and source falsifications in the book Further is the Night, of which Dr Jan Grabowski is the scientific editor.<\/strong><\/p>\n We would like to remind you that in the first instance of the infringement of personal rights lawsuit filed by the late Filomena Leszczynska, Grabowski and Engelking lost, the court finding that they had not exercised due diligence in researching the sources. The court in the second instance dismissed the suit, recognising the superiority of freedom of scientific research over personal rights. This means that, according to the Warsaw Court of Appeal, it was possible not to verify information under the guise of scientific research.<\/span><\/p>\n
