Historian and graduate of International Relations.

Social activist, long-time collaborator of the „Łączka” Foundation involved in commemorating soldiers of the anti-communist underground.

In 2018-2022, he led the organizational supervision of the work of the expert team creating the „Report on war losses suffered by Poland as a result of German aggression and occupation during World War II 1939-1945.” In cooperation with the scientific editors and authors, he supervised the creation of three volumes of the Report – studies, photographic documentation, list of crime scenes. Coordinator of the work of the expert team and organizations supporting the creation of the Report.

In 2022-2023 Deputy Director of the Jan Karski Institute for War Losses.

Decorated for social activities with the medal „Pro Patria” and the medal „Pro Bono Poloniæ”.
