Case against German online newspaper Frankfurter Rundschau.
Case against the German online newspaper Frankfurter Rundschau – we won an apology on the front page and on one of the sub-pages.
The German newspaper wrote on its online portal that the Holocaust was not a purely German act and suggested that Poland and Poles were co-responsible. Maciej Świrski – the president of RDI – demanded an apology, and the District Court in Warsaw agreed with him. It was the first time that a Pole born after the Second World War, who was not directly affected by the events of 1939-1945, apologised.
